Due to the nature of our work (custom technical services and consulting), completed services are generally non-refundable once delivered or initiated.

3. Digital Products or Reports

If you purchase digital reports, calibration files, or downloadable materials:

Refunds are not available once the product has been delivered electronically.
If you receive a defective or incorrect file, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@avtmarinetuning.com, and we will correct or replace it at no additional cost.

4. Physical Products (if applicable)

If physical items are ever sold through our website (e.g., equipment or hardware components):

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective upon arrival.
